Meyer Lemon and Fennel Sauce

This sauce is amazing on Salmon, Crab Cakes, Asparagus and Artichokes.

Makes 1/4 Cup of Sauce

Preparation time: 5-7 minutes

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Mayo

1/2 a Meyer Lemon, zest

1 Tbl. + 1 tsp. Meyer Lemon, juiced

1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds, measure whole then ground in a mortar and pestle

Salt and Pepper

A few sprigs of fresh Lemon Thyme (optional)

Instructions:

1.) Measure Fennel Seeds into mortar and pestle.

2.) Zest a half of Meyer Lemon

3.) In small bowl add everything and mix until combined.

πŸ’™ This is great over Salmon, Crab Cakes, Asparagus, Artichokes and Broccoli.

πŸ’™ To make it Vegan, substitute regular Mayo for Veganaise or other Vegan Mayo.
