Skinny Blackberry Margaritas

Tastes like a SweetTart in a glass.

Makes 4 Cups

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Chill time: 2 Hours

Ingredients:

• 3 Cups Filtered Water

• 2 Scoops or 2 stick packs, of Ultima Lemonade Electrolytes

• 6 Packets True Lime

• 4 – 5 Shots of Tequila

• 1/4 Cup Blackberries, juiced

Garnish:

• Coarse Salt for the rim of the glass

• Blackberries

Instructions:

1.) Place first 4 ingredients into a large glass measuring cup.

2.) Place 1/4 Cup Blackberries into a sieve. Use your fingers or the back of a spoon to squeeze out as much of the juice as you can, into the glass measuring cup. Pour into a pretty pitcher. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

3.) Dip rim of glass into water and then dip into coarse salt. Fill glass with Ice. Stir your mixture before serving, and pour over ice.

4.) Garnish with a couple Blackberries and a sprig of Lemon Thyme.

💙 Notes 💙

💙 Garnish ideas, a tiny bit of dried lavender, a little jalapeno for a spicy kick, some lemon thyme, or Thai basil.

💙 You could substitute regular lemonade, if you’re not keto you will probably need more lime to offset the sweetness.

💙 You could use one fresh lime instead of the True Lime Packets.

💙 For an Alcohol Free version use 3 Cups of Chilled Sparkling Mineral Water, omit alcohol and serve right away over ice.

💙 If you don’t mind it chunky, you could just muddle the blackberries in the pitcher.

💙 These would be great for camping. You could bring the Ultima Electrolytes in a ziplock baggie and bring a bunch of True Lime Packets. Especially if you’re camping next to some blackberries or huckleberries.
