I’ve tried a lot of Keto fudge recipes over the last few years and none have compared to my Mom’s recipe. This recipe got me as close as I can get to hers. Please read notes at the bottom of recipe before getting started.
Preparation time: 40-45 minutes if making the condensed milk from scratch or 10 if using a can.
Chill time: 2 hours
Ingredients:
• 1 batch of Sugar Free Condensed Milk https://reedlovesketo.com/sugar-free-condensed-milk/
• 2 Tbls. Salted Butter
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 Cup (142grams) Lily’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips
Instructions:
1.) Line an 4” x 8” loaf pan with parchment paper.
2.) Prepare Sugar Free Condensed Milk. As soon as it’s done remove from heat add Butter and Vanilla and whisk until combined.

3.) Add Chocolate Chips and whisk until smooth. Pour into prepared loaf pan and chill for 2 hours. Slice into desired size cubes.

Notes:
💙 If you’re not Keto/Low Carb or Diabetic. You can substitute 1 -1/4 Cups of Canned Condensed Milk.
💙 Salted Butter is a must. It offsets the sweet and I assure you it’s not salty at all.
💙 It keeps in the fridge for a couple of weeks. Take out of fridge 1/2 hour before eating for best flavor.
💙 Drop a piece of Fudge into a hot cup of Coffee for a Keto Mocha. Or use Fudge warm to make Hot Fudge Sauce for some Ice Cream or Sundaes.
💙 You can swap out either Orange Extract, or Peppermint Extract, for the Vanilla Extract.
💙 You could add Nuts, Sugar Free Marshmallows, Peanut Butter Swirls.
💙 Macros for the whole batch. That way you can decide the size/portioning.
