Fluffy Southern Biscuits
Fluffy Gluten Free Southern Biscuits. These Biscuits are so versatile. You can use these in my Biscuits and Gravy recipe. They’re also great with Soup or even some Butter and Sugar Free Jam.

Notes
Keep in refrigerator for 4 days can be frozen for a few months, defrost before warming up.
These are the Biscuits used in my Biscuits and Gravy Recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Blanched Almond Flour
- 1/2 Cup Lupina Lupin Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum
- 1 Tbl. Baking Powder
- 2 tsps. Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener
- 1/2 Cup Salted Butter, Cubed and Chilled
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Large Egg
Instructions
- 1.) Preheat oven to 400• Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.
- 2.) Mix all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- 3.) Add cubed butter to the dry mixture and use your hands to mix butter into pea sized pieces.
- 4.) In a small bowl combine heavy whipping cream, sour cream and egg, mix well and add to dry mixture. Mix until well combined.
- 5.) Use cookie scooper and place onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
