This sauce will soon become one of your favorite dressings. Good on Salads, Meats, Seafood, Tofu, Tempeh, Rice Bowls, Cauliflower Rice Bowls, and for dipping Veggies.

Preparation time: 10 minutes if you have to make Chimichurri Sauce or 2 minutes if already prepared.
Makes a little over 1/2 Cup
Ingredients:
• 1/2 Cup Mayo
• 3 Tbls. Chimichurri Sauce
• 1 Tbl. Fresh Lime Juice (this is about 1/2 a lime)
• Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1.) Prepare Chimichurri Sauce. If already prepared go to step #2.
2.) Place everything into a medium bowl and whisk until well combined.
